2. The essentials
This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, embeds no third-party content (no fonts, maps, videos or scripts from external servers) and contains no forms. Personal data is processed only to the extent technically required to deliver the pages, and when you choose to contact us by e-mail or phone.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the pages, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser and stores it in log files, in particular:
- the IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of access,
- the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred and the status code,
- the previously visited page (referrer), if your browser transmits it,
- browser type, browser version and operating system.
This data is not combined with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically sound delivery, stability and security of the website. STRATO retains the log files only as long as required for the secure operation of the server and the investigation of faults or attacks, and deletes them afterwards; we do not link them to individual persons. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.
4. Encryption
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. The connection between your browser and our server is therefore encrypted.
5. Contact by e-mail or phone
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide (such as your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. The mailbox is operated by STRATO GmbH; a data processing agreement is in place with STRATO.
6. Links to other websites
This website links to websites of member companies of the network. When you click such a link, you leave our website and the privacy policy of the respective operator applies. Merely viewing our pages does not transmit any data to those websites.
7. No cookies, no analytics
This website sets no cookies and stores no information in visitors’ browsers. No audience measurement, advertising networks or social media plug-ins are used. A consent banner is therefore not required.
